Felix "Printer" Fledgling

Name: Felix “Printer” Fledgling (Everyone knows him as Printer, his family are the only ones who know his real name. Even then, they still call him by his nickname)

Gender: Male

Age: 23

Appearance: Printer has short bleach blond hair that sticks up in the back, (it kind of makes him almost look bird-like). Sometimes when it catches the light, it gives off a light green sort of sheen, which was a side-effect of the radiation poisoning. He stands at 5’8” and has a lean muscular build. His eyes change color due to his craft, but his normal eye color is a clear, crisp sort of blue.

Clothing: I have a picture of his outfit, but I’ll describe it anyways. He wears an outfit that he customized himself along his travels. He has a helmet with a dropdown visor that he NEVER puts up. He also never removes his helmet, he doesn’t like people to know what he looks like. On his left arm he has a fallout shelter armband just for kicks. On the side of his helmet there are profiles of skulls on fire. (haha, he thinks it’s badass) His helmet also has a radio earpiece in case he goes on assassinations with more than one person. He has armor (the blue) all throughout his suit, including his knee pads. He has a belt of grenades and .50 Calibur sniper bullets that go across his chest. He also has a belt around his waist that holds many different kinds of ammo for his pistol and sniper rifle. And whatever he thinks would help him, like his pistol. On his thigh, a serrated hunting knife is strapped for sticky situations, he rarely uses it.

Craft: (Power) Printer has a special ability that allows him to manipulate his eyes. He has four different levels that help him with different situations. One is his thermo vision that allows him to see heat. His iris turns a deep red, while the sclera melts into a warm orange. The second one is his night vision that allows him to see in pitch black. His pupil completely engulfs his iris so it’s almost completely black. Third is his ability to detect radiation and the level of severity of it. His pupil disappears and his iris changes an acid green color. The next one is his most valued. It’s his scope vision that really helps him with his sniping. It lets him actually have the eyes similar to an eagle’s so he can see very far distances very precisely. His pupil dilates and his eyes change to a really light blue that it’s almost white.

Weapon of Choice:
Barrett M107 .50 Caliber sniper rifle ( he likes to assassinate his targets quick and easy from a distance)
.45 Calibur pistol (hallow-tip bullets)
Crowbar (for close combat)
Hunting knife

Personality: He’s a great all around kinda guy, always laughs at a joke and a little immature. He was raised in a big family full of sisters, the only other male was his dad, who he had to work on his farm all day with. His sisters were always put ahead of him, so he’s used to getting the shitty end of the stick back at home. He can adapt to situations quickly and easily, so he only complains if he is really against it. He’s extremely polite and well mannered, always referring to his elders as, “Sir,” or “Ma’am”. He likes every challenge that appears ahead of him, and he likes competition since he’s never had any brothers to wrestle or play with.

History: Born and raised in southern Texas, complete with an adorable southern accent. His family lives on a farm, where they try to raise crops after the radiation hit, so it’s kind of small but it’s able to provide for them. They also have all kinds of farm animals, chickens, milk cows, pigs, and horses. Ever since he was little he had his family depending on him and his dad. They were the ones to work the fields and do most of the hard labor while his sisters fed and worked with the animals. On his free time (though he had very little), he would sit atop the windmill that overlooked the corn fields, and he would snipe crows and other pest with his BB gun. As he got other, his family’s farm started to fail due to the lack of nourishment that the radiation infected soil had. So, Printer decided to use his power and marksmanship to become an assassin/mercenary for hire at Malum. He sends all of the money he earns to his family. (Am I doing this right? xD)

Extra: He’s an excellent square dancer, but he hasn’t had to pleasure to do it since he left. He also can’t say no to a lady.

I like the power, because it seems logical in the sense that it could really be present in animals (with a little bit of genetic modification, mind you). Changing the lens changes focus. Changing the retina changes acuity in dark areas. And finally, changing the cells changes infared vision. Heehee.
